This 95 page pocket directory for the Foundation Surgery Affiliates is a complete listing of all of the employees and their contact information. Organization of the twenty-five entities and their corporate offices was key to creating a useful guide, as well as challenge when defining consistency of typography and spacing throughout. For an added aesthetic that benefited ease of use, each section was broken with a thick opaque gloss page to quickly jump from section to section.
