As work began on the thrid generation of the Oklahoma state portal, it was determined that the logo that had been used up to that point was dated and needed to be revitalized. I began with the visual language from the current logo and the state's license plates that had just undergone a reissue with a new design and created a much more interesting and aesthetically pleasing design that reitterated the branding the state was inadvertently creating.
